VENDOR AGREEMENT

Hey there! So, you’re looking to join the BLAC Network App Platform to boost your visibility, take orders, and make collecting payments a breeze. We’re totally on board to provide these awesome services for you, as long as we’re all on the same page with this Agreement.

Think of us as your trusty sidekick! BLAC Network connects you with customers and makes the whole process smoother. But don’t worry—we’re not in the business of selling your items or services. That’s all you! You handle your customers directly. Oh, and just to be clear, you confirm that you’re of legal age to enter into this Agreement. We’ve got to keep things legit!

We’ve got you covered with an alternative storefront where you can sell your goods and services both online and in-store using the BLAC Network. Your store can accept orders, and we’ll handle the payment side of things through the BLAC Network App or with BLAC Dollars. If you’re into delivery, we’ll pass along the pickup and delivery details to your go-to service. Prefer customers to pick up their items, make reservations, or schedule appointments? We’ve got that covered too!

You’ve got some important stuff to handle on your end:

1. Price It Right: Set your prices, make sure your items are top-notch, and keep those photos and descriptions accurate. Oh, and don’t forget to package everything nicely!

2. Play by the Rules: Follow the law and our guidelines, get the right approvals (especially for things like food or alcohol), and keep your insurance up to date.

Delivery, Your Way: If you go the self-delivery route, you’ll manage your own delivery staff, set the fees and delivery area, and make sure everything gets to your customers safe and sound.

• Just a Little Off the Top: We charge a friendly 10% fee for transactions made through our online portal. It’s a small price for the big benefits you get!

• Share the Love: We ask that you recycle at least 20% of your earned BLAC Dollars with other businesses in the network. It’s all about keeping the good vibes and dollars flowing!

• Money Flow Made Easy: We’ll handle the payments directly to you through our payment facilitator. Any extra services you use will have their own charges, but they’re totally worth it! And don’t worry, everything’s settled in your local currency.

We’ll make sure you get paid for sales made through the app—straight to your account through our payment facilitator. Keep in mind, we don’t control when they release the payment, so hang tight if there’s a delay. If you ever need to issue a refund, that’s on you to manage with your customers.

If you ever need to part ways, just give us a heads up with 7 days' notice. On our end, if things go south—like a breach of the agreement or if your business conduct isn’t up to par—we might limit your access or even end the agreement with 15 days' notice. We hope it doesn’t come to that, but you know how it is!
